We firmly believe in the power of education to unlock potential and are dedicated to providing the most effective and engaging educational tools and resources tailored to the unique needs of our maritime learners. 

Our goal is to break down barriers to maritime education and contribute to an inclusive and globally connected learning community within the maritime industry, but how do we get there?  At our core are our 3 values:

1️⃣  Ensure Quality Of Product:

Our organisation is founded upon the principle that if something is worth doing, it's worth doing well. To us, that means no cutting corners or settling for something not up to scratch - that's for our competitors.

2️⃣  Maintain Integrity In All We Do:

Only through honesty and integrity will we have the trust of our learners.  That means listening to feedback and accepting the challenges of improvement; without integrity, there can be no success.

3️⃣  Utilise The Power Of Imagination:

Nothing will change without imagination.  The ability to dream and challenge the status quo puts people on the Moon, cures disease and is the key to improving education for all.

As a specialist in maritime training, we are always aiming to create and deliver a wide range of learning solutions that cater to all learning styles, access limitations and new developments in technology, as possible.  Alongside this, we are not bound by the split aims and constraints of traditional maritime colleges which can cause significant disruption to both learning and preparation for crucial examinations.

At our core is our learners and we are extremely proud that everything we do is entirely based upon them.  Education at all levels - not only maritime - has not learned from the mistakes of teaching and assessing learners based upon the lived experience of the teacher/lecturer.  In no other industry would this be accepted and is why every idea we have for development starts by asking:

❓Why do learners need this?

❓How is this currently delivered and do learners enjoy it?

❓What can we do better?

By asking these questions and respecting the answers, this ensures learners are able to use mobile devices, have fun learning with colleagues and can learn at a time and place suitable for them (even 5 minutes before their exam if needed)!  This process is continuous and ensures our products remain relevant and competitive at all times.

Our loyalty is entirely to our learners and we are immensely blessed to have the opportunity to learn as both mariners and educators as they learn.
